Qualification Criteria
- Must provide proof of income that equals three times the monthly rent or a total debt ratio that does not exceed 40% including the new lease amount
- If self-employed, must provide the last year’s federal income tax returns.
- No prior evictions or money owed to a previous property management company
- Satisfactory credit report with a score of 600 or higher.
- We will not accept a reusable tenant screening report.
